It was confirmation that the work we have put in, every single day for nearly four decades, has meant something.

We started with two service stations. Today, Double AA Corporation is a premier statewide fuel distributor serving Northern California, Southern California, and Nevada. We operate a network of over 20 fueling stations including branded 76 and Valero locations and our own DoubleTime convenience stores. We provide wholesale fuel supply, bulk fuel delivery, and fleet fueling services to commercial operators and independent station owners across the region. The way we approach supply has always set us apart. We secure enough fuel to meet 100 percent of demand across our stations and core customers. We do that through a combination of long-term refinery contracts, hedging, and spot market purchasing. Contracted volumes give us stability. Spot purchasing gives us flexibility to respond when availability or pricing shifts. The goal is not to eliminate risk. The goal is to make sure no one on our side of the relationship ever feels it.

Being selected through that editorial process and included in its Top Oil and Gas Services list means a great deal to me, because it is not a self-reported achievement. It reflects independent judgment from people who understand what this industry actually demands.

The article captures our approach accurately. We evaluate every site individually. I grew up in San Francisco. My values around hard work, community, and responsibility were shaped by that city and by organizations like the Boys and Girls Club, which gave structure and opportunity to young people who needed it. That means something to me.
What Comes Next
This recognition does not mark a finish line for us. It motivates me to push further, and I am genuinely excited about what that looks like.
We are actively expanding our renewable fuels portfolio, including renewable diesel, BioDiesel, and E-85 across California and Nevada. I believe the future of fuel distribution in this state runs through clean energy, and I want Double AA Corporation to be at the front of that transition. We are not waiting for the industry to shift. We are helping to lead it.
We are also investing in technology across our operations, including AI tools to improve efficiency and automation solutions designed to strengthen safety at the station level for our employees. A smarter operation allows us to serve our partners better and grow responsibly.
Most of all, I want to expand the reach of what we do in the communities around our stations. We have always believed that a good neighbor does not just keep the lights on. A good neighbor invests, hires locally, and gives back. That commitment grows with us.
