Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule fuel loads with a 3rd party trucking companies based on customer demand and/or market price.

• Identify priorities; utilize available resources effectively to meet these priorities; anticipate change and/or problems and reallocate resources when necessary.

• Allocate and manage fuel distribution according to company and customer needs.

• Assess market impact on branded and unbranded stations and adjust forecasted loads based on sales demand and market trends.

• Resolve problems concerning transportation, rack delays, loading delays and customer issues.

• Assist Billing with trucking documents for invoicing.

• Administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience has fuel dispatcher (at least 1 year)

• Identify priorities; utilize available resources effectively to meet these priorities; anticipate change and/or problems and reallocate resources when necessary

• Dependability and timeliness a must

• Strong Communication skills

• Must be over 21 years of age
